Our Story

Choices Pregnancy Center in Marshfield, MO, is a compassionate, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals facing unexpected pregnancies. Our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where clients can receive free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and educational resources, and an introduction to Jesus Christ as their Savior. We offer guidance on various options, including parenting and adoption, while ensuring that each person feels valued and heard. With a commitment to empowering our community, we also provide practical assistance through baby supplies and referrals to additional support services. At Choices Pregnancy Center, we strive to foster hope and resilience, helping individuals navigate their unique journeys with care and understanding.

Vision Statement

The vision of Choices Pregnancy Center is a community where all recognize that every life is sacred, being made in the image of God; where the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the foundation for all of life; where the Biblical definition of marriage is celebrated; and where every child is welcomed into the family, the fundamental unit of a healthy society.
